CBS’s “Fire Country” writers room is finally opening back up this month and the fans are beyond excited!
Fire Country became one of the most popular new shows of the season when it premiered in fall 2022, so it was no surprise hearing about the official renewal
After the series aired its first two episodes in October 2022, CBS ordered a full season of the drama. Three months later, the network renewed the show for a second season.
Due to the writers and actors strike, filming and writing was put on hold but it seems like doors are opening back up after the recent WAG deal!
This week was move-in day for the writers of’ Fire Country who spent the morning unpacking boxes in their new (larger) office space on the Radford lot, an upgrade from the bungalow/trailer they occupied last year, possibly in recognition of Fire Country ending the 2022-23 as the most watched new broadcast series.
We can’t wait until the show returns.
